I like that the people are easy to work with. That said, I still don't receive bills in a timely manner. It's hard to budget when they get lumped together because I have to call to remind the company that I haven't received a bill.

Shaun is dependable and the monthly sprayings are effective at keeping the pests to a minimum. If we need an extra touch up spray or additional areas done, he is readily available to do it!

You did what you were contracted to do. We had to have an inspection, per our contract. 10 years ago I was told we didn't have Termites in the Las Vegas Area and did not need this inspection, so what changed? Big money, Big companies? Not you folks, just not sure what changed? Jim
