JS Pest Control is an excellent Pest Control Company. They are extremely professional in all areas. We had used a different pest control company for 18 years and found that communication was horrible. The owner could not keep personnel. So there was no consistency. I was driving somewhere and heard the JS Pest Control ad over the radio.It stuck in my head. When we decided it was time to find a new pest control service, I remembered the ad and decided to give JS Pest Control a try. OMG! What a find! Mark is our technician. He communicates extremely well. He let’s us know when he will be servicing our home, even though he is scheduled the first Friday of every month. He is extremely polite, friendly and genuine. He is thorough and always asks if we have seen any bugs out of the ordinary. If you are looking for a pest control company to service your home or business, I strongly recommend JSPest Control. You cannot go wrong! And it is worth every penny,

Lea came by to check to see if we had bed bugs in our home since my Fiance saw one two days ago. Leo gave us a call yesterday morning and told us he would be here around 10:30am and he did exactly that. He showed up did his routine check and said everything looked good and we shouldn’t have to worry about it. But what made it a great experience was that it just wasn’t about business. While he was doing his check, we were also having a conversation and cracking jokes. He created a relationship with us. We’ll be calling Leo moving forward with anything we need help with. Give him a raise!

We just had Michael finish rodent service. He made a frantic 911 situation manageable through his calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation and process. He was honest about timeframes, what we needed to do and expected result. The result was rats gone!! He always communicated arrival times and kept his schedules. He was clean and neat and never hurried me with my million questions. I think Michael is a real asset to JS Pest Control and my husband and I appreciate everything he has done to make our home rodent free in a relatively short period of time.
