Jeff is a great "bug man"! He always calls to set up a time or to let me know when he will be there. He does a very good job, the few times i needed him to come back, whether it was to spray inside or we had a small pest problem, he made every effort to take care of my concerns as quickly as possible.

We have had Jeff as our service provider since we started with your company. He always asks if we have had any problems and if we did where and when. I have made special requests and he has always accommodated them - I had a plastic shed that I cleared out and wanted to move when he was here because I did not know what would be under it. Also, he always lets us know that he is available if we see anything between our service dates. He is professional yet easy to talk to, definitely an asset to your company.
