Jeff is very good about calling the day before he is to come, he goes out of his way to make sure I am aware of any situations and is very willing to come anytime if there is a problem. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Price could be better. The last service I used charged me $65 every three months and came to the house once for servicing during that time unless I had a problem with insects. You charge me that for two months. I left the last service company because my husband had an issue with their office, but I had no complaints at all about their service or the effectiveness of the service.
