The fact that your employee JEFF HEMINGER gives us great customer service at all times. He calls the day before to confirm an appointment time and is always very respectful. The materials you use are great i have never ever seen bugs inside my home and my pets have not gotten sick over your materials.

Field service is dependable; we do have problems receiving our invoices on the properties we manage. We have conveyed to the JS Pest staff our requirement to receive paper invoices, yet to date they are not being received until we call and request them (even now I am waiting on invoices I requested weeks ago...obviously not coming!).
