1. Improve communications. If someone is sick, their customers should be notified so they aren't waiting around for someone to show up when they aren't. 2. Hire more motivated personnel. On several occasions, my house was supposedly serviced but the ground was bone dry. Even in the middle of summer, the insecticide doesn't dry that quickly. 3. Focus on pest control. I am not interested in yard service or tree trimming or any of the other services that have been advertised as part of the JS family.

Employees are your best asset...courteous, professional, willing to accommodate access to gated areas, return if pests are noticed. They call ahead, one day out and day of to allow pets to be sequestered.

Technician always shows up and I almost never have a bug in the house.However, since Nick left the company, I haven't gotten any email receipts. I'm already unhappy with the paperless billing, I always pay a year in advance and cannot keep track of payments and balance on my account
