More schedule flexibility. My agent is always willing to come outside of scheduled times and work with us. But it would be nice to have more options when setting our permanent time and day.

You've been my bug zappers for 8 years, although I was never contacted by the office when nick left! He was our bug fighter from day 1 for 8 years, every month on Thursday! It was a friend I referred that told me he was no longer with the company and I lost it! Wish I could have been given a heads up because I felt like family with him!

Previously I had a set time, but now I have a 2 hour window. Which means I have to sit around and wait if I want my inside done. If I'm only having the outside done it doesn't really matter because I don't need to be home.
