1. Improve communications. If someone is sick, their customers should be notified so they aren't waiting around for someone to show up when they aren't. 2. Hire more motivated personnel. On several occasions, my house was supposedly serviced but the ground was bone dry. Even in the middle of summer, the insecticide doesn't dry that quickly. 3. Focus on pest control. I am not interested in yard service or tree trimming or any of the other services that have been advertised as part of the JS family.

Excellent service! My friendly service person, Rosco, always calls in advance of coming and is always on time. With monthly service, there is no evidence of any bugs on the premises between service calls.
