My service person Roscoe is amazing, very polite and provides proper notification as to when to expect him. He's the second service person I've had with the company and the change only occurred to change of locations. Jason had the same qualities as Roscoe, which I appreciate.

Very professional, Jeff has been my exterminator for years. He always gives a courtesy call the day before he is coming as a reminder. Offers to come back between monthly appointments if I have any sightings. Friendly and knowledgeable. I've never seen a bug since I first contracted JS Pest Control.
