Was a good company now pricing has got out of hand $49 a month or $80 for 2 months but they only service the account once every other month and only come out the second month if you see bugs. And they try and pass that off as saving you money.

Called JS Pest Control and they were scheduled an appointment very quickly to have their service rep come to inspect to see what I needed. LESSON LEARNED!... The the technician was very professional, respectful and polite, and I appreciate him answering our questions. However, I was disappointed in the level of service. We changed companies based on the advertisement and thought it would be better to go with a local company. However, I was disappointed in the time spent actually treating the entire home and property. This was our first treatment and I stated several times that I would like to have a good foundation of protection and would like the entire property to be sprayed. I expected that all of our palm trees would be treated and time he would spens time spraying a good barrier of protection setup all along the property, including the foundation of the house. Even my wife made a comment that she was surprised at how little treatment was being done inside the house as well. It felt like he was in a hurry too be done and gone. Generally when you're paying double for the first treatment, I would have expected a lot more service to be performed. Our original pest control company spends more time on their quarterly visits treating our home than this company spent on our first treatment. I'm actually going to go back to using our original company to treat our property due to having such little confidence that what I just paid for was going to make much of a difference. Very frustrating, considering I now how to pay for two companies due to the contract that I signed. If it wasn't for the professionalism and respect of the technician I would have given one star.

Horrible service to begin they charged me $400 for a pest control service…..all this service consist of is them renting u out rat traps for 2weeks while they check them for u…. Then after 2 weeks they take back the traps?????? Seriously I could have got the same amount of traps 6 for t less then 100 dollars n kept them for ever till I caught the rat…over all they took advantage of the situation horrible service never going back n never recommending just a heads up am leaving this exact review on all platforms I doubt u guys really care but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake did n that’s trusting u guys to handle ur job…. and the lady the office manager she is just the worst headache she got mad at me because I asked her for her name lol she knew they did me wrong
