Called JS Pest Control and they were scheduled an appointment very quickly to have their service rep come to inspect to see what I needed. Kevin was the gentleman that met with me and we discussed what could and could not be done. Kevin was very courteous and professional as all the folks in the office that I spoke to each time.

I thought I had bed bugs due to my teenager having a bite or two. Justin came to perform an inspection to see if he detected any bed bugs. There were no signs thank God! He was on time as promised & did a thorough check. Justin provided me with some valuable information which I greatly appreciate.

Horrible service to begin they charged me $400 for a pest control service…..all this service consist of is them renting u out rat traps for 2weeks while they check them for u…. Then after 2 weeks they take back the traps?????? Seriously I could have got the same amount of traps 6 for t less then 100 dollars n kept them for ever till I caught the rat…over all they took advantage of the situation horrible service never going back n never recommending just a heads up am leaving this exact review on all platforms I doubt u guys really care but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake did n that’s trusting u guys to handle ur job…. and the lady the office manager she is just the worst headache she got mad at me because I asked her for her name lol she knew they did me wrong

Both Anthony and his predecessor Billy are polite, professional, and on time. Anthony is prompt and always calls me before he comes over, usually a day in advance which is plenty. While he is very friendly, he is all business and we chat briefly before he starts and he does his job and any special requests I have, like to spray the garage and or my shed in the yard, he does this. I would highly recommend both JS and Anthony to anyone.
