I had to find a new company to spray our 53 year old olive tree. Based upon their stellar reviews, I called JS Pest Control and Casandra was quick to direct me to Roscoe for a bid. He responded in a very timely manner with a fair bid. I received a call from Casandra for scheduling. Roscoe just left my home having completed the job. What is most impressive is that all of this is from call to service was all within 24 hours. WOW! What makes this timeliness more incredible is that after many many years of service from Trugreen, I couldn’t get a call back let alone a service date for over three weeks. I could not be more satisfied and will share this my neighbors. You have earned all of the high ratings from your customers. Thank you.
