Make sure your billing software is working properly. Offer paper if people choose to receive paper receipts, billing, etc. Stop trying to move service reps around. Customers like to have the same service rrep, especially long time customers who have had the same rep for awhile. Services such as yours are often based on trust if the service rep as much or more than the products used.

Communication! I had a heck of a time getting a response from someone when I was trying to setup my service. I insisted to reach out until I got a response from someone because I had a great experience the last time I engaged the services. I preferred to stay with the same company as my situation/need is sensitive and I didn't want to go through another pest control company if I didn't have to.

Very pleased before, but the last few times only the outside of the house was sprayed. Our doorbell is very weak. The previous guy would knock on the door. My son works nights so he’s always awake by 8am. I think your guy has ninja skills because neither of us have heard him, we only see the paper that says he only sprayed outside. The garage inside needs to be sprayed because scorpions have entered under that door a few times.

My pest guy is great, but I recently had JS try and handle my pigeon problem. He came out on 4-28 and he's still coming to my house (5-12). I paid $475 and I'm still having a pigeon problem. I'm very dissatisfied with this aspect of your business! I would not recommend the pigeon part of J&S to any friends. I hope you resolve my pigeon problem.

1. Improve communications. If someone is sick, their customers should be notified so they aren't waiting around for someone to show up when they aren't. 2. Hire more motivated personnel. On several occasions, my house was supposedly serviced but the ground was bone dry. Even in the middle of summer, the insecticide doesn't dry that quickly. 3. Focus on pest control. I am not interested in yard service or tree trimming or any of the other services that have been advertised as part of the JS family.

I would suggest you get someone phone number and email address. It appears one of your staff wrote down the wrong phone number so I never received a call of what time the appointment. I had to call in the morning of the inspection and wait for the technician which made me have to change my plans for the day, or at least you should repeat the number back to make sure you have the correct one. This was the error of the person in the office. and realtors and buyers had to change their schedule...i would have expected a discount off the price since it was your error, but none was offered by your company

Price could be better. The last service I used charged me $65 every three months and came to the house once for servicing during that time unless I had a problem with insects. You charge me that for two months. I left the last service company because my husband had an issue with their office, but I had no complaints at all about their service or the effectiveness of the service.

i absolutely love the technician that comes to our home every month. Mark is extremely thorough and very pleasant. He is always smiling and genuinely happy to see us when he comes. However, I find that the office staff is much less desirable. They don't seem to communicate to each other and if an issue arises then I get several different answers. They also could benefit from a few customer service classes as well.

The person who services our home & property is awesome!! The office/billing/administrative service has declined significantly in the past 2 years. Based on actual service, I would recommend Jeff or Nick without hesitation. However, our account has been mishandled on several occasions. The only office person I trust to do business with is Isabelle. Changing customers' service reps is a stupid business decision that shows that the apparant new decision-makers know nothing about growing a business. It's far more lucrative to keep existing customers than drum up new trial ones. It's a real shame J.S. has changed how it does business! If it wasn't for Jeff's excellent service we would have switched to a different company.
