Previously I had a set time, but now I have a 2 hour window. Which means I have to sit around and wait if I want my inside done. If I'm only having the outside done it doesn't really matter because I don't need to be home.

Price could be better. The last service I used charged me $65 every three months and came to the house once for servicing during that time unless I had a problem with insects. You charge me that for two months. I left the last service company because my husband had an issue with their office, but I had no complaints at all about their service or the effectiveness of the service.

Customer service; staff communications specifically customer requests. I tried to cancel one of my pest control service but it was still done. The staff's name is Chance and he told me he will take care of it but I got an email stating the service was done, and got charged service fee.

i absolutely love the technician that comes to our home every month. Mark is extremely thorough and very pleasant. He is always smiling and genuinely happy to see us when he comes. However, I find that the office staff is much less desirable. They don't seem to communicate to each other and if an issue arises then I get several different answers. They also could benefit from a few customer service classes as well.

The person who services our home & property is awesome!! The office/billing/administrative service has declined significantly in the past 2 years. Based on actual service, I would recommend Jeff or Nick without hesitation. However, our account has been mishandled on several occasions. The only office person I trust to do business with is Isabelle. Changing customers' service reps is a stupid business decision that shows that the apparant new decision-makers know nothing about growing a business. It's far more lucrative to keep existing customers than drum up new trial ones. It's a real shame J.S. has changed how it does business! If it wasn't for Jeff's excellent service we would have switched to a different company.

My first spray was for an empty house but the exterminator sprayed door jams and sparingly around the house saying he did not want to spray too much. The whole reason for him to spray an empty house was to saturate the house before we moved in to insure there was no bugs or problems inside or outside.

The treatment lasted about two days, then whatever the bugs that are biting us and leaving welts are back. I have seen two cock roaches and that usually means more. I do not know if the treatment did not take or not or it is going to take a few more treatments to get rid of these pests. I can tell you that we do need relief from these bus though. thank you

Communication! I had a heck of a time getting a response from someone when I was trying to setup my service. I insisted to reach out until I got a response from someone because I had a great experience the last time I engaged the services. I preferred to stay with the same company as my situation/need is sensitive and I didn't want to go through another pest control company if I didn't have to.
