The person on the phone with whom I made the appointment was polite and friendly. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The pest control specialist arrived on time and was professional and respectful. He, too, answered all my questions patiently and assured me that there would be no harm to my food preparation areas. He left his card and said I should call if I had any further concerns. This company is customer service oriented and evidently subscribe to a standard of excellence.

I'm particularly impressed with the knowledge of our former pest controller, Jeff, and Alex, who is now servicing our property. We usually remain pest-free, but if a problem arises, Alex takes care of it immediately.

Mark is the reason I go with JS Pest control. He is thorough, friendly, and most of all I can trust him. I know my home is safe in his hands. The other thing I like about JS is that if you see any bug activity between sprays they are glad to come out and see what they can do to fix the issue.
