Alex always calls me the day before my service to let me know he's coming. If for any reason he is unable to come at that time, he calls me to let me know when he will be here. He always leaves a receipt for me so I know he's been here. I've been using your service for 20 years now and I almost never see any bugs,live ones anyway... would highly recommend.
