My tech is always super accommodating and helpful. He always arrives when he says he will and provides a great level of customer service. He even lets my dogs follow him around the backyard as he sprays.

Changed my service person with no notification. The new person when they left a message regarding the day and time has called me every name but my actual name and no longer has the set monthly schedule, shows up whenever they want either beginning or end of the month. Whatever suits him.

I had service for my pest needs. So far it was 1 time so I can't really say how great or not great it was. However I haven't seen the creepy crawlers running around the yard, which is great, but it has also been very unfriendly temps too. Will wait til the weather warms ups and see how the bugs do against the spray.
