Make sure your billing software is working properly. Offer paper if people choose to receive paper receipts, billing, etc. Stop trying to move service reps around. Customers like to have the same service rrep, especially long time customers who have had the same rep for awhile. Services such as yours are often based on trust if the service rep as much or more than the products used.

You've been my bug zappers for 8 years, although I was never contacted by the office when nick left! He was our bug fighter from day 1 for 8 years, every month on Thursday! It was a friend I referred that told me he was no longer with the company and I lost it! Wish I could have been given a heads up because I felt like family with him!
