Field service is dependable; we do have problems receiving our invoices on the properties we manage. We have conveyed to the JS Pest staff our requirement to receive paper invoices, yet to date they are not being received until we call and request them (even now I am waiting on invoices I requested weeks ago...obviously not coming!).
