Roscoe came out and gave us an estimate to spray our very large olive tree, and we agreed. They came out to spray and did, but within hours it rained. They are here now to respray and they all are a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, pleasant and will use them again.

I would just like to say that this company is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with here in Las Vegas. Roscoe came out to his appointment with me on time and treated me as a valued customer even though it was a small job. The technician Johnny, called ahead of time, let me know when he would arrive and was very punctual. Johnny was very personable and also treated me like a valued customer. The job was completed without issue. I highly recommend this company.

First, I have NEVER had a c/o on any of your service reps. I donot remember when I started with your service possibly more than20 years ago. Currently, ALEX is a great rep. Any issue I have he takes care of it. He is polite, pleasant always a smile. He calls ahead every time to let me know when he will be here. It is always a pleasure to see him.

I have no problem with Alex, he was prompt and courteous. My issues was that the guarantee of no charge is the pest returns. We had the service inside and outside on 9/22 and the pest was still an issue when I called on 10/02. I was charged vs. the guarantee.
