Your billing department has been very disappointing for the last 6 months. We have two accounts , one our restaurant and the second is our residence. The restaurant was COD for 9 years and then you discontinued that option. But we went for 3 months were we were paying COD and you were charging us and then threatened to stop service for non pay and I had records showing paid and surveillance cameras showing. Switched that account to ACH. Home remained billed and I pay online bill pay thru my bank. Continue to post my home payments to restaurant and not doing ACH and then threatened to stop home service. Been noting but a hot mess and time spent on phone to correct.

Mark is efficient, always on time, polite and friendly. At $25 I felt it was fair for what area is necessary to cover; but the price has since gone up so I researched and found another company...and if it goes up anymore I will probably be switching over.

My first spray was for an empty house but the exterminator sprayed door jams and sparingly around the house saying he did not want to spray too much. The whole reason for him to spray an empty house was to saturate the house before we moved in to insure there was no bugs or problems inside or outside.

I have not received my emails but spam rating emails. I've called and mentioned this multiple times. Still haven't received my receipt for payment yet. I have also called ray multiple times to set up landscaping with no responses. The service h as s not been up to par we with what the website claims

New service provider really messed up my Winter schedule, so that I did, not have service for four months. Follow-up to correct problem was not handled immediately from office after I called. It is back on track now and, hopefully, no more problems. Then, my rating would go up! I have used your company for too many years now to start changing!

The treatment lasted about two days, then whatever the bugs that are biting us and leaving welts are back. I have seen two cock roaches and that usually means more. I do not know if the treatment did not take or not or it is going to take a few more treatments to get rid of these pests. I can tell you that we do need relief from these bus though. thank you
