Both Anthony and his predecessor Billy are polite, professional, and on time. Anthony is prompt and always calls me before he comes over, usually a day in advance which is plenty. While he is very friendly, he is all business and we chat briefly before he starts and he does his job and any special requests I have, like to spray the garage and or my shed in the yard, he does this. Anthony called back within 30 minutes and made time to come back the next day to re spray my home with something designed for ants and left use with a couple bate stations I could put in my home where my grandson couldn’t get to them, I ants were almost gone by the next day. We have had JS Pest Control since 2005 and I don’t see any of the bad bugs other people have told us about. Thank you JS we greatly appreciate you. I HATE BUGS of any kind.

This company exceeded my expectation as I had a horrible experience with the last company I tried to get out on-site. I got a quick response and the tech Anthony made it down when he said he was. I saw him checking the problem area thoroughly. He explained what he did and what was laid out inside the unit. I signed and he was off. Staff in the office also was friendly and helpful with what I needed in a timely matter. I will be using them in the future.
