As a result of false "all clear"s, I have spent $20k on plumbing and another $10k on non-covered water-damage repairs. That's not to mention being unable to use the house for nearly three months, now. If we had a way to know that my pest problem was not really fixed, I would have been able to avoid at least $20,000 of those costs. Probably $25k. This is because I would not have had anyone start fixing the plumbing or turning the water back on until I was really sure it was going to be safe. As it is, we kept thinking it is safe but it turned out not to be. I get that it may be difficult to remove intransigent or sneaky pests. You can't guarantee a result any more than, say, a bounty-hunter can do the same. You're dealing with living creatures who want to keep living and that makes your job harder. That said, I would want to see evidence that you have a better means of detecting pest activity or otherwise determining you've really fixed a problem before I recommend you.

I like your services because when I specify a day I want my internal space spray he always accommodates me. It's not often but he complies with my wishes. I don't see hardly any bugs in my yard and the crickets are gone. Good service!

When Jeff was our service guy, he was great! Always called night before so I could be sure dogs were inside and was a really good tech. Our service Representative Alex is exceptional, expertise knowledge where insects enter our home and pests outside. Sprays in front of all doors, technique used spraying from bottom to edge of windows. Products that J S Pest Control use not harmful too animals. Alex will also telephone the day before service, once arrival will ring our door bell, helpful especially during hotter temps, I can show Alex where insects are seen and will ask if the garage needs spraying. During monthly service if needed JS Control will re-visit our property take care of any new pests seen. Vans JS Pest use are impressive and uniforms worn representing their company.

First and foremost, you do NOT have to spray inside the home. There are NO bugs!! The outside remains basically bug free as well. On occasion we have ants along the grass line or sidewalk but nothing that is a problem. If we call JS with a problem, it is immediately addressed. Best Bug service in Las Vegas!!

I like that the people are easy to work with. That said, I still don't receive bills in a timely manner. It's hard to budget when they get lumped together because I have to call to remind the company that I haven't received a bill.

JS Pest Control does a great job of controlling pests.They are prompt and the service is reliable. The only negative is that they didn't keep their promise of never raising prices. When I signed up, I was promised that my monthly fees will never go up as long as I keep the service. That turned out not to be true.
