I like that if there are still bugs around after you did a recent service, you will come and service our house again at no charge. Recently we had ants in our kitchen and you had just done a service but still came back out to make sure the problem area was taken care of. Thank you!

The office staff could be a bit more responsive to email and/or phone calls. If I didn't have the direct line to the technicians who provided great service and I simply don't have time to shop around I would have sought out another service as I am a repeat customer on my 3rd year
