The office staff could be a bit more responsive to email and/or phone calls. If I didn't have the direct line to the technicians who provided great service and I simply don't have time to shop around I would have sought out another service as I am a repeat customer on my 3rd year

You'r service people are very through. However, I wish the office staff would inform us that our service person is being changed to someone new. This happened to us recently and we didn't know until they showed up, then our day and time was changed. I think that is unfair to a customer that's been with you for more than 10 years.
