Very professional, Jeff has been my exterminator for years. He always gives a courtesy call the day before he is coming as a reminder. Offers to come back between monthly appointments if I have any sightings. Friendly and knowledgeable. I've never seen a bug since I first contracted JS Pest Control.

I am a long-time customer. A few years ago you switched to sending electronic statements. Several of your statements went to my junk file rather than my Inbox. Your electronic statements don't include a balance forward/balance due. Rather than contacting me to tell me that I was behind several payments, you simply told our service technician he could not spray our house that day. Jeff is great. Your company is not. Very poor customer service.

I have pack rats, my dog got a dead one out of the trap. Called Tech on Tuesday said he would come check traps. Never did also I get billed and don't think I am getting sprayed for bugs. Because I never see any one.

The sprayer who came out, Alex, is courteous and helpful. I found more scorpions after the initial spray and he came for another spray almost immediately after I let him know.
