Always there to kill bugs

Our service guy Jeff is super nice. Always asks if I need him to spray the inside of my home. Plus, in the 10 years we've been customers of J's we've never had a problem with bugs (other than two small ant problems) which were taken care of right away by Jeff!

You've been my bug zappers for 8 years, although I was never contacted by the office when nick left! He was our bug fighter from day 1 for 8 years, every month on Thursday! It was a friend I referred that told me he was no longer with the company and I lost it! Wish I could have been given a heads up because I felt like family with him!

Once I switched to monthly, pests have almost disappeared completely. I do still have a scorpion issue but understand the infestation. The agents do need to remember to do the backyard!

Our service rep is Shaun. He is very professional and knows the pest control business very well. He gives us a level of comfort in that he calls the day before and is always on time. Shaun is a real good represented for JS pest. I recommended your firm last week to my neighbor and told them to go with JS pest and ask for Shaun.

Technician always shows up and I almost never have a bug in the house.However, since Nick left the company, I haven't gotten any email receipts. I'm already unhappy with the paperless billing, I always pay a year in advance and cannot keep track of payments and balance on my account
