Communication! I had a heck of a time getting a response from someone when I was trying to setup my service. I insisted to reach out until I got a response from someone because I had a great experience the last time I engaged the services. I preferred to stay with the same company as my situation/need is sensitive and I didn't want to go through another pest control company if I didn't have to.

I especially like your service person by the name of Mark, I forgot his last name but he's been doing my homes for quite some time. The current home he's been doing is in Henderson, When he tells me he's going to do my home at a certain time he's been there, he's never late, and he's a very friendly person. Your pest control employee, Jeff. Jeff is knowledgeable about what he is doing and goes out of his way to schedule a time at my convenience. He is quick, efficient and covers all of our pest control needs. To be honest, I think most pest control services offer the same products but it is the one on one with the technician that keeps people with JS. I have recommended JS to anyone who states a need for pest control services.

I don't recall the name of our rep but I want to emphasize how professional and personably he is. He represents your company incredible by giving his customers 5-star service. The other day I was outside spraying weeds along the driveway when he drove by in the J&S truck. It appeared to him that I might be spraying for insects so he stop the van and offered to do that for me!! I was REALLY impressed by that. Unfortunately you don't spray for weeds as I'm sure he would have done that too. Seriously, you have an outstanding employee at J&S

Jeff is always courteous and makes sure to ask if there are any problems. He is thorough in his spraying and arrives almost always when he says he will. The cost is not too high and we never have any bugs! Very happy!
