Customer service; staff communications specifically customer requests. I tried to cancel one of my pest control service but it was still done. The staff's name is Chance and he told me he will take care of it but I got an email stating the service was done, and got charged service fee.

i absolutely love the technician that comes to our home every month. Mark is extremely thorough and very pleasant. He is always smiling and genuinely happy to see us when he comes. However, I find that the office staff is much less desirable. They don't seem to communicate to each other and if an issue arises then I get several different answers. They also could benefit from a few customer service classes as well.

The service is excellent. The new computer system is difficult to understand. My last statement did NOT show a balance anywhere. (It should be zero.) I find the system confusing. Hopefully all will be improved soon.
