I have no problem with Alex, he was prompt and courteous. My issues was that the guarantee of no charge is the pest returns. We had the service inside and outside on 9/22 and the pest was still an issue when I called on 10/02. I was charged vs. the guarantee.

Anthony was on time, kept communication with me about when he was coming and not only was he quick but efficient and he explained everything he was going to do as well as gave me a summary of anything he found during him spraying my home. I will definitely be using you all again and even plan on signing up to get regular service because of his amazing customer service!!
