Michael did an incredible job removing rats from my property! In the first 24-48 hours after setting traps, he caught and removed 3 rats from my backyard. He arrives exactly when he says he will, and has exceeded all expectations. I was thinking it might take weeks to get results, but Michael knew exactly where to place the traps for maximum effect. While there may be more rats yet left to remove from the property, catching 3 rats in just 2 days is a tremendous success. I am extremely pleased with JS Pest Control and I am really glad I called, and I am very grateful that they sent Michael to do the work. Amazing!

I had to find a new company to spray our 53 year old olive tree. Based upon their stellar reviews, I called JS Pest Control and Casandra was quick to direct me to Roscoe for a bid. He responded in a very timely manner with a fair bid. I received a call from Casandra for scheduling. Roscoe just left my home having completed the job. What is most impressive is that all of this is from call to service was all within 24 hours. WOW! What makes this timeliness more incredible is that after many many years of service from Trugreen, I couldn’t get a call back let alone a service date for over three weeks. Service is good but the staff is rude and the book keeping has a lot to be desired, Be careful you will pay, the you'll double pay then when you call about service and question having it all of the sudden you're delinquent and have been sent to collections, this never happened and I have copies of the checks they cashed! Many other companies to choose from, think about it.

Every thing fine. There has been word in neighborhood about scorpions . Would appreciate if in the area to give an extra dose of scorpion spray or on next service visit. We have been out of town so no service in the house. On occasional trips back have been finding dead bugs in house. Need to schedule next service in house when we are home.
