Let's me know the day before when he'll be coming. Always arrives on time. The ONLY pest control company that actually got rid of all scorpions! I used to see them daily. Inside & outside. In the past 3 years I seen about 3 total! If I call, they come and treat the area again. Great service!

Corey my regular main perfectionist that comes on a monthly basis is so detailed. Sprays the perimeter of my house inside and out. Because of him we have not seen one dead or alive scorpion. My neighbors have seven plus palm trees and we are safe because he is thorough and cares for us. He’s always on time and never fells as he is rushing. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We love Corey!

I called to schedule a termite inspection and they were able to come out the very next day. Johny L called me less than an hour after appointment window set and we were able to lock an exact time the very next morning at 0700. I really appreciated the quick and consise communication along with the early morning appointment that allowed me to get to work without taking off too much time. Johny was quick, friendly and explained what he was looking for. I asked for a VA specific form and he was able to fill that form out and email it to me within a few hours. Overall, a great experience and great customer service, thank you.

This review is not about the service Craig preformed. Craig is amazing. This review is about what is being charged. When I spoke to them yesterday the person who helped me said the first job would be $95.00 and every two months $65.00. On the contract it says $75.00. Craig tried to call them but, no answer. He sent me a text message saying they have no record of telling me it was $65.00. Very disappointed. Trying to charge me an extra $10.00. Not happy about this.

No one has come to help me with my service I was told a day and no one has gotten back to me so right now you want a review it’s a 0 almost a week ago and no one has answered my phone calls I call the office at noon and it says your closed I’ll definitely choose someone else thank you for the help

Sucks. Very rude. .. and never gave me a 15 call before he went to my house. When he called my phone stating he was at my house. I told him whatever happen the 1ims call before you come to my house. A courtesy call. When I told him that. He just sighed. I was at work. So I couldn’t tell him to F off. But I had to be nice. Then when he got inside to my house. My wife told me he was all mad. We asked JS Pest Control to help us with an over run of ants. So bad one of our dogs ended up in a cast after an attack of fire ants. We left a message and our call was returned much sooner than expected. The customer service was great. Ty came to our home. He was punctual, polite, friendly and very thorough. He walked the yard with me an listened to what I had to say. I left Ty to do his thing and asked if he'd text me when done. Not only did Ty text me when done but he updated me on what he was doing during the process. Communication with Ty is A+. Oh, the ant problem? It's been just under a week but we haven't seen any ants lurking in the area. Thank you Ty and JS Petst control.

I can not express the Amazing service provided by Jasiah. I work 7 days a week and he is always willing to work around my schedule. Very excellent job servicing so we never have any “bug incidents “. In a former home we were infested and truly traumatized if anyone has ever had roaches pouring out of the electrical sockets and throughout the entire house, in walls etc…you will get what I’m saying.
