Sucks. Very rude. .. and never gave me a 15 call before he went to my house. When he called my phone stating he was at my house. I told him whatever happen the 1ims call before you come to my house. A courtesy call. When I told him that. He just sighed. I was at work. So I couldn’t tell him to F off. But I had to be nice. Then when he got inside to my house. My wife told me he was all mad. Like he don’t like his job. So. As he left. And my wife called. And told me. We decided to go else where. Thank u Cory for making my mind up to go else where. ! Now I’m gonna yelp and all google platforms.

We asked JS Pest Control to help us with an over run of ants. So bad one of our dogs ended up in a cast after an attack of fire ants. We left a message and our call was returned much sooner than expected. The customer service was great. Ty came to our home. He was punctual, polite, friendly and very thorough. He walked the yard with me an listened to what I had to say. I left Ty to do his thing and asked if he'd text me when done. Not only did Ty text me when done but he updated me on what he was doing during the process. Communication with Ty is A+. Oh, the ant problem? It's been just under a week but we haven't seen any ants lurking in the area. Thank you Ty and JS Petst control.

LESSON LEARNED!... The the technician was very professional, respectful and polite, and I appreciate him answering our questions. However, I was disappointed in the level of service. We changed companies based on the advertisement and thought it would be better to go with a local company. However, I was disappointed in the time spent actually treating the entire home and property. This was our first treatment and I stated several times that I would like to have a good foundation of protection and would like the entire property to be sprayed. I expected that all of our palm trees would be treated and time he would spens time spraying a good barrier of protection setup all along the property, including the foundation of the house. Even my wife made a comment that she was surprised at how little treatment was being done inside the house as well. It felt like he was in a hurry too be done and gone. Generally when you're paying double for the first treatment, I would have expected a lot more service to be performed. Our original pest control company spends more time on their quarterly visits treating our home than this company spent on our first treatment. I'm actually going to go back to using our original company to treat our property due to having such little confidence that what I just paid for was going to make much of a difference. Very frustrating, considering I now how to pay for two companies due to the contract that I signed. If it wasn't for the professionalism and respect of the technician I would have given one star.

TJ always does an excellent job. He always is consistent and at my house when he says he will be. He always locks my gate. I have had no problems with pests since TJ has been taking care of my house.

JS Pest Control installed netting over my AC units 3 years ago and I’ve been so please with the quality of installation and the service provide. I called regarding the netting installed over my AC units as I felt that potentially the pigeons had found their way into the area. PS Pest was very accommodating and timely in have it check. There was an entry point and the gentleman did a quick fix. I was very pleased with the service and the confidence they provided in servicing my needs. Thank you!!
