JS PEST CONTROL Called this morning because we found a scorpion. The woman who answered the phone was very cordial, professional, and responsive, discussed their treatment plan and scheduled us for immediate inspection and treatment. Carlos called us within minutes and said he would be here within 2 hours. He was! Carlos is another great representative of your business. He shared a great deal of knowledge and answered our many questions. He examined our home and made recommendations as he treated different areas. He told us his treatment strategy and handled our expectations for the future. We were pleased with Carlos breadth of knowledge and his expertise, as well as his calming professional manner. We just had Michael finish rodent service. He made a frantic 911 situation manageable through his calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation and process. He was honest about timeframes, what we needed to do and expected result. The result was rats gone!! He always communicated arrival times and kept his schedules. He was clean and neat and never hurried me with my million questions. I think Michael is a real asset to JS Pest Control and my husband and I appreciate everything he has done to make our home rodent free in a relatively short period of time.

Horrible service to begin they charged me $400 for a pest control service…..all this service consist of is them renting u out rat traps for 2weeks while they check them for u…. Then after 2 weeks they take back the traps?????? Seriously I could have got the same amount of traps 6 for t less then 100 dollars n kept them for ever till I caught the rat…over all they took advantage of the situation horrible service never going back n never recommending just a heads up am leaving this exact review on all platforms I doubt u guys really care but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake did n that’s trusting u guys to handle ur job…. and the lady the office manager she is just the worst headache she got mad at me because I asked her for her name lol she knew they did me wrong

Michael did an incredible job removing rats from my property! In the first 24-48 hours after setting traps, he caught and removed 3 rats from my backyard. He arrives exactly when he says he will, and has exceeded all expectations. I was thinking it might take weeks to get results, but Michael knew exactly where to place the traps for maximum effect. While there may be more rats yet left to remove from the property, catching 3 rats in just 2 days is a tremendous success. I am extremely pleased with JS Pest Control and I am really glad I called, and I am very grateful that they sent Michael to do the work. Amazing!
