Lea came by to check to see if we had bed bugs in our home since my Fiance saw one two days ago. Leo gave us a call yesterday morning and told us he would be here around 10:30am and he did exactly that. He showed up did his routine check and said everything looked good and we shouldn’t have to worry about it. But what made it a great experience was that it just wasn’t about business. While he was doing his check, we were also having a conversation and cracking jokes. He created a relationship with us. We’ll be calling Leo moving forward with anything we need help with. Craig S. has been servicing my home for years and if you're lucky enough to get the pleasure of having him take care of your home consider yourself just as lucky having won the lottery!!!! JS PEST CONTROL Called this morning because we found a scorpion. The woman who answered the phone was very cordial, professional, and responsive, discussed their treatment plan and scheduled us for immediate inspection and treatment. Carlos called us within minutes and said he would be here within 2 hours. He was! Carlos is another great representative of your business. He shared a great deal of knowledge and answered our many questions. He examined our home and made recommendations as he treated different areas. We just had Michael finish rodent service. He made a frantic 911 situation manageable through his calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation and process. He was honest about timeframes, what we needed to do and expected result. The result was rats gone!! He always communicated arrival times and kept his schedules. Michael did an incredible job removing rats from my property! In the first 24-48 hours after setting traps, he caught and removed 3 rats from my backyard. He arrives exactly when he says he will, and has exceeded all expectations. I was thinking it might take weeks to get results, but Michael knew exactly where to place the traps for maximum effect. While there may be more rats yet left to remove from the property, catching 3 rats in just 2 days is a tremendous success. I am extremely pleased with JS Pest Control and I am really glad I called, and I am very grateful that they sent Michael to do the work. Amazing!
