Craig S. has been servicing my home for years and if you're lucky enough to get the pleasure of having him take care of your home consider yourself just as lucky having won the lottery!!!! I never, ever, EVER, have to worry about critters running wild in or around my property (THANK GOODNESS) and it's all because of the peace of mind that I have received from Craig S. with JS Pest Control. JS PEST CONTROL Called this morning because we found a scorpion. The woman who answered the phone was very cordial, professional, and responsive, discussed their treatment plan and scheduled us for immediate inspection and treatment. Carlos called us within minutes and said he would be here within 2 hours. He was! Carlos is another great representative of your business. He shared a great deal of knowledge and answered our many questions. He examined our home and made recommendations as he treated different areas. He told us his treatment strategy and handled our expectations for the future. We were pleased with Carlos breadth of knowledge and his expertise, as well as his calming professional manner. He assured us that we can contact him whenever needed, set up a schedule for our future treatments, and left us with confidence in his competence. Thanks for the fast response!

We just had Michael finish rodent service. He made a frantic 911 situation manageable through his calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation and process. He was honest about timeframes, what we needed to do and expected result. The result was rats gone!! He always communicated arrival times and kept his schedules. He was clean and neat and never hurried me with my million questions. I think Michael is a real asset to JS Pest Control and my husband and I appreciate everything he has done to make our home rodent free in a relatively short period of time.

Michael did an incredible job removing rats from my property! In the first 24-48 hours after setting traps, he caught and removed 3 rats from my backyard. He arrives exactly when he says he will, and has exceeded all expectations. I was thinking it might take weeks to get results, but Michael knew exactly where to place the traps for maximum effect. While there may be more rats yet left to remove from the property, catching 3 rats in just 2 days is a tremendous success. I am extremely pleased with JS Pest Control and I am really glad I called, and I am very grateful that they sent Michael to do the work. Amazing!

He responded in a very timely manner with a fair bid. I received a call from Casandra for scheduling. Roscoe just left my home having completed the job. What is most impressive is that all of this is from call to service was all within 24 hours. WOW! What makes this timeliness more incredible is that after many many years of service from Trugreen, I couldn’t get a call back let alone a service date for over three weeks.
