Lea came by to check to see if we had bed bugs in our home since my Fiance saw one two days ago. Leo gave us a call yesterday morning and told us he would be here around 10:30am and he did exactly that. He showed up did his routine check and said everything looked good and we shouldn’t have to worry about it. But what made it a great experience was that it just wasn’t about business. While he was doing his check, we were also having a conversation and cracking jokes. He created a relationship with us. We’ll be calling Leo moving forward with anything we need help with. Give him a raise!

JS PEST CONTROL Called this morning because we found a scorpion. The woman who answered the phone was very cordial, professional, and responsive, discussed their treatment plan and scheduled us for immediate inspection and treatment. Carlos called us within minutes and said he would be here within 2 hours. He was! Carlos is another great representative of your business. He shared a great deal of knowledge and answered our many questions. He examined our home and made recommendations as he treated different areas. He told us his treatment strategy and handled our expectations for the future. We were pleased with Carlos breadth of knowledge and his expertise, as well as his calming professional manner. He assured us that we can contact him whenever needed, set up a schedule for our future treatments, and left us with confidence in his competence. Thanks for the fast response!

We just had Michael finish rodent service. He made a frantic 911 situation manageable through his calm demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation and process. He was honest about timeframes, what we needed to do and expected result. The result was rats gone!! He always communicated arrival times and kept his schedules. He was clean and neat and never hurried me with my million questions. I think Michael is a real asset to JS Pest Control and my husband and I appreciate everything he has done to make our home rodent free in a relatively short period of time.
