We haveno problem with bugs in the house

The long time scheduled day fir my service keeps getting changed? No matter how many times I call the office and let them know. I must be here when service is performed due to my dogs. I ask for the 3rd Thursday of each month from 7-9 AM as I must go into work late in order to accommodate. The calls saying 11-1 or a different day simply does not work. I have been a long time customer and would like to continue using your services. Please get this right Thanks! Debbie T

i absolutely love the technician that comes to our home every month. Mark is extremely thorough and very pleasant. He is always smiling and genuinely happy to see us when he comes. However, I find that the office staff is much less desirable. They don't seem to communicate to each other and if an issue arises then I get several different answers. They also could benefit from a few customer service classes as well.

Service people call and show up in the time frame that they say. Friendly. When you talk to them they ask if there are any problem that they need to attend to. Do a good job with covering all of the areas.

A complaint: When the JS employee last sprayed it rained and washed away all the good poison for the scorpions. Will you respray for free? On a good note I have not seen any evidence of rats since you put the poison containers out.

I have been with your company for 8 or more years. Your prices have stayed the same. When I call your office for service, you are right there the next day or so. Great company.
