Very pleased before, but the last few times only the outside of the house was sprayed. Our doorbell is very weak. The previous guy would knock on the door. My son works nights so he’s always awake by 8am. I think your guy has ninja skills because neither of us have heard him, we only see the paper that says he only sprayed outside. The garage inside needs to be sprayed because scorpions have entered under that door a few times.

When Jeff was our service guy, he was great! Always called night before so I could be sure dogs were inside and was a really good tech. Ricky has been a little disappointing but since my complaint, he has upped his game and doing as requested. My first spray was for an empty house but the exterminator sprayed door jams and sparingly around the house saying he did not want to spray too much. The whole reason for him to spray an empty house was to saturate the house before we moved in to insure there was no bugs or problems inside or outside.

JS Pest Control is reliable. Communicates when there are schedule issues. Techs will try their best to accommodate customer schedule. Friendly, respectful techs. Office quick to respond with billing issues or questions.

New service provider really messed up my Winter schedule, so that I did, not have service for four months. Follow-up to correct problem was not handled immediately from office after I called. It is back on track now and, hopefully, no more problems. Then, my rating would go up! I have used your company for too many years now to start changing!
