My bug guy, Sean, goes above and beyond the call of duty to rid my house of pests and keep it that way. We recently moved into a house that has an ant problem and he is doing everything he can to get control of the situation, as well as educate me me about what else I can do. He is very dedicated to the job and his clients, and recently, although he was quite ill he still met the commitments he had made to his clients that day, and then answered my frantic call about more ants in new places. I sincerely hope that JS recognizes employees like Sean and works to keep them happy, because such a policy passes down to the customer in the end. Thank you. Judy L
