Changed my service person with no notification. The new person when they left a message regarding the day and time has called me every name but my actual name and no longer has the set monthly schedule, shows up whenever they want either beginning or end of the month. Whatever suits him.

I have had absolutely no bug problems since switching to this company. The exterminator Ricky is very thorough and professional. I had a leak in my yard that I didn’t know about and he pointed out to me so I could have it repaired. Thanks
