JS Pest Control is an excellent Pest Control Company. They are extremely professional in all areas. We had used a different pest control company for 18 years and found that communication was horrible. The owner could not keep personnel. So there was no consistency. I was driving somewhere and heard the JS Pest Control ad over the radio.It stuck in my head. When we decided it was time to find a new pest control service, I remembered the ad and decided to give JS Pest Control a try. OMG! What a find! Mark is our technician. He communicates extremely well. He let’s us know when he will be servicing our home, even though he is scheduled the first Friday of every month. He is extremely polite, friendly and genuine. He is thorough and always asks if we have seen any bugs out of the ordinary. If you are looking for a pest control company to service your home or business, I strongly recommend JSPest Control. You cannot go wrong! And it is worth every penny,

Let's me know the day before when he'll be coming. Always arrives on time. The ONLY pest control company that actually got rid of all scorpions! I used to see them daily. Inside & outside. In the past 3 years I seen about 3 total! If I call, they come and treat the area again. Great service!

Corey my regular main perfectionist that comes on a monthly basis is so detailed. Sprays the perimeter of my house inside and out. Because of him we have not seen one dead or alive scorpion. My neighbors have seven plus palm trees and we are safe because he is thorough and cares for us. He’s always on time and never fells as he is rushing. I called to schedule a termite inspection and they were able to come out the very next day. Johny L called me less than an hour after appointment window set and we were able to lock an exact time the very next morning at 0700. I really appreciated the quick and consise communication along with the early morning appointment that allowed me to get to work without taking off too much time. Johny was quick, friendly and explained what he was looking for. I asked for a VA specific form and he was able to fill that form out and email it to me within a few hours. Overall, a great experience and great customer service, thank you.

We asked JS Pest Control to help us with an over run of ants. So bad one of our dogs ended up in a cast after an attack of fire ants. We left a message and our call was returned much sooner than expected. The customer service was great. Ty came to our home. He was punctual, polite, friendly and very thorough. He walked the yard with me an listened to what I had to say. I left Ty to do his thing and asked if he'd text me when done. Not only did Ty text me when done but he updated me on what he was doing during the process. Communication with Ty is A+. Oh, the ant problem? It's been just under a week but we haven't seen any ants lurking in the area. Thank you Ty and JS Petst control.
